AIR CONDITIONERS

1. Warranty Period TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LIMITED WARRANTY
– HISENSE AUTHORIZED DEALERS
a. Subject to the conditions below this appliance is warranted by Hisense and/or its Agents to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase under normal usage by end user.
b. This warranty is not valid unless you send the “Warranty Registraion card” and duly completed to Hisense (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd within 7 days of purchase for registration purpose.
c. Commences from the date of purchase ,a period specified for free repair / replacement of the parts and its component as below :-

  • one free replacement of faulty/defective LED/LCD TV panel during this limited warranty period under normal operating condition and the fault is caused by manufacturing defect or problem designed as determined by Hisense/its services agents as a final and conclusive.
  • other major components/parts which are excluding accessories/in-box accessories,consumables items such as betteries, bulbs,globes,remote controller & etc.(likes wear & tear part)

d. Customers who purchased via Hisense’s Authorized Dealers are eligible to enjoy full warranty coverage from Hisense subjects to its valid terms and conditions.

  1.  UNAUTHORIZED DEALERS / ONLINE PURCHASES
    a. Customers who purchased via any unauthorized dealers / online purchase etc. will have limited services and warranty coverage from Hisense which is only TWO (2) YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY for Hisense televisions.

 

2. Product Identification
a. Hisense reserves the right to reject claims for any services/work where the customer requesting such services/work from Hisense and/or its agents cannot produce for verification of the serial number and the proof of purchase as per original cash bills or purchase invoice or there is some discrepency/abuses on the related documentations.
b. This warranty will be void if any Serial Number sticker placed on the appliance is damaged,modified or removed.
c. In the event that a request for repair is made against a warranty where the Serial Number sticker is not attached to the product or the customer cannot produce for verification of the original cash bill or invoice,the services agents will not perform any repairs on the faulty or defective equipment and the customer will be charged a service fee.

 

3. Warranty Conditions
a. This warranty applies to each NEW product purchased for domestic use in Malaysia from Hisense authorized dealers/resellers.
b. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects arising from normal usage within the warranty period.
c. This warranty covers services by Hisense (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd or by Hisense’s services agents.
d. This warranty card/form is not replacable in the event of loss and is non-transferrable.
e. This warranty is void if there is any unauthorized access to the hardware of the product or the object is dropped or collides with another object.
f. Hisense or its authorized service personnel will,without charge,repair or replace the defective parts or components of the product.Any parts replaced under this warranty shall become the property of Hisense (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
g. Customers are required to present the warranty card/form and invoice/receipt received at purchase in order to receive warranty service, while Hisense or its authorized services agents reserves the right to decline any warranty claim.
h. Hisense accepts no liability for lost,damaged,or stolen products as a result of freight ,transport or storage.
i. Extra charges will be payable by the warranty holder should service on your appliance require special equipment, including, but not limited to cranes and lifts or should the appliance be installed in a position that service access is obstructed.

 

4. What is not covered in this warranty (excluded) :
a. Defects caused by the attack of household pests,fire,lightning,natural disaster flood,pollution,power surges, incorrect power current,voltage/current fluctuation,dirt,rust,corrosion,salt built-up or resulting from excessive use.
b. Any damage or failure due to appliance being tampered with,altered or repaired by unauthorized persons,misuse,negligence, riots or unforeseen accident.
c. Damages caused by improper testing,demonstration,maintenance,installation,adjustment or alteration of any kind.
d. Product damage or failure caused by deviation from recommended application and installation or overheating as a result of siting or positioning of the equipment,where there is no provision for adequate ventilation or no dust free environment.
e. Failure resulting from poor installation including but not limited to improper positioning or externally fitted equipment such as plumbing and drainage,cable or signal cable due to incompatibility of connected equipment.
f. Consumables, such as but not limited to bulbs,globes,batteries & remote controller etc.
g. In the event of dispute,the law of Malaysia shall apply.

AIR CONDITIONERS

1. Warranty Period
HISENSE AUTHORIZED DEALERS

a. Subject to the conditions below this appliance Is warranted by Hisense and/or its Agorae to be free from defects In materials and workmanship fora period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase under normal usage by end user.
b. Commences from the date of purchase.e period specified for replacement of the parts and its componentas below :-

  • Compressor ( inverter model ) 7 years
  • Compressor ( non-Inverter model ) B years
  • Other parts ( excluding of ace sories) non. inverter models 2 Yen
  • Other parts( eftludng of accesmnes) inserter models 3 years


c. One free replacement of faulty compressor during the el years ( for non-inverter M0401) and 7 years (for Inverter model) of warranty period under normal operating condition

Ifiv’efter thedett I.-5 years 3f anti ha:t lapsed for inverter theilett), H sense will repair or replace faulty compressor but the owner shall bear the oast Incurred during the service and ormer ‘hal I only engage
Hlaanse’s services agents to provide warranty related services.
e. Customers who purchased via Hisense’s Authorized Dealers are eligible to enjoy full warranty coverage from Hisense subjects to Its vend terms end oonditlons.


ONLINE PURCHASES
Customers who purchased via online purchases will have limited services and warranty coverage from Hisense which is only
Two (2) YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY AND FIVE YEARS WARRANTY FOR  COMPERSSOR ONLY. THIS IS APPLICABLE TO ALL HISENSE INVERTER AND NON INVERTER MODELS.

 

UNAUTHORIZED DEALERS
a. Customers who purchased via any unauthorized dealers will have limited services and warranty coverage from Hisense which is only ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY AND 5 YEARS WARRANTY FOR COMPRESSOR ONLY.  THIS IS APPLICABLE TO ALL HISENSE INVERTER AND NON INVERTER MODELS.


b. Customers ratio purchased via any unauthorized dealers are not entitled for FREE-ON-SITE SERVICES whereby transportation is chargeable for any warranty request. Kindly browse through Hisense’s website at www.hisense.com.my  for the list of all valid AUTHORIZED DEALERS.


2. Product Identification

e. This warranty is void should there be any unauthorized access to the hardware of the product or dropped or collision with another object.
f. Hisense or its authorised services agent will at its option and without charge, repair or replace the defective parts or components of the product. Any parts replaced under this warranty shall become the property of Hisense Sales & Services (M) Sdn Bhd.
g. Customers are required to present the warranty card together with the purchase invoices/ receipt for free warranty service, failing which Hisense or its authorized services agents reserve the right to decline the warranty claim.
h. Hisense accepts no liability far any lost, damaged. or stolen as a result from freight. transport or storage.
i. Extra charge will be payable by the warranty holder should  your appliance not to be readily without special equipment, such as but not limited to cranes and lifts or should the appliance be installed in a position that service access is blocked and/or repair work is not possible without uninstalling the unit gain access.


4. What Is not covered In this warranty (excluded)
)
a. Defect caused by the attack of household pest, fire, lightning, natural disaster flood, pollution, spikes, power surges, incorrect power current, voltage/ current fluctuation, dirt, rust, c0rrosion, saltbuilt-up or resulting from excessive use ” fair Wear and Tear”. 
b. Any damage or failure due to tamping. altered or repaired by unauthorised person, misuse, negligence, riots, or  accident.
c. Damage caused by improper testing, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or alteration of any kind.
d. Product damage or failure caused by overheating as a result of siting or positioning of the equipment, where there is no provision for adequate ventilation or a dust free environment.
e. Consumables such as bulbs, accessories, wear end tear items etc.
